A instrumental album for guitar music lovers. Genre moves between rock ballads to Bossa-nova and lightly influenced by virtuoso instrumental rock style. All infused with an exotic oriental flavor from Egypt

The Final Third title is inspired by an idea that is shared between Sufi Islamic culture and other religions and spiritual systems. It is about the final third of the night, 2 or 3 hours before dawn and the beginning of a new day. It is believed that it is the most peaceful time of the day on both spiritual and physical levels.

It is believed that god descends through the 7 skies till the first one right above our world. It is also believed that prayers, wishes are all answered at this time, all wounds are healed and all sickness is cured.

In a stressful reality with immense economic difficulty and physical strain on almost everyone, the concept of the final third becomes a useful refuge for everyone who is seeking peace. Music becomes a healing and a catalyst for prayers, meditations and contemplations towards a state of satisfaction and higher energy.

Why EP?

No one has time nor interest to listen to a full album anymore. With the intense usages of social media and electronic devices no one seems to have an attention span longer than a few minutes if not seconds.

It is a fact and a drastic change to someone who grew up in the 40’s. It might be an evolution towards a better reality.. No one knows but for sure less and less people are willing to listen to full albums with 10+ tracks and a total duration longer than an hour.

Becoming a father brings new responsibilities and less time to play and make music. When it comes to music production it is about quality rather than quantity. With all that in mind it becomes the right choice at the right time to release this EP and not wait to make a 15 track album like the previous releases.

All work done on this album happened between 2018-2019
Soon to be released on all digital streaming platforms.
